PRE-NATAL PILATES

Pre-Natal Pilates strengthens the most important muscles women use during pregnancy and labor such as abdominals, back and pelvic floor which supports a more comfortable pregnacy and delivery. Pre Natal Pilates is suitable for all stages of pregnancy right up until child birth.

A medical clearance from your GP is required to attend this class.

POST-NATAL PILATES

Post-Natal Pilates is suitable after the 6 week post partum check. It strengthens the core control muscles and pelvic floor, creating a "corset" to support the spine. It can alleviate muscular tension that comes from repetetive movement of new mothers.
